Strike King Sexy Dawg
A remarkable lure when bass are feeding on schooling baitfish in the fall. The walking motion of the Sexy Dawg is hard to ignore, and the bait is easy to fish. Watch for surface activity, fire off the Sexy Dawg toward the commotion of fleeing baitfish, and hold on tight.
Strike King Caffeine Shad
Tristan picked up the Caffeine Shad when feeding spots were slow to react to the Sexy Dawg. This lure works magic when twitched through schooling fish just below the surface at a fast pace. Strike King Filler Worm
One of Strike King’s new offerings revealed at the 2022 ICAST, the Filler Worm is a lethal soft plastic when you rig it on the business end of a drop shot. Tristan worked the filler worm above a 3/8-oz tungsten weight and 2/0 hook. It is a finesse approach, but as Tristan proved on Hartwell, the Filler Worm can fill a live well with big bass.
